Custom Training in Union, NJ is a complete fraud! You have to pay for your entire program up front in full and you are not allowed to cancel your program or get any type of refund if it does not work out. I tried to have a temporary program so that I could get a feel for how it worked and Michael would not allow it. He forces you to pay for the entire thing and refuses to give you a set schedule of dates and times when you are to come in.

You find out on Sunday what days you are work out that week. He also says that you can come in and train with his equipment on your own time as well as participating in your program, but you actually cannot because when he doesn't have a session the gym is closed and when you are there the place is completely empty except for you and Michael. He tells you that he has a whole team of employees and nutritionalists when in reality, it's just him.

He is the company. Then, while you work out he doesn't tell you how to do anything, hands you too heavy weights, and then basically leaves you to do it on your own. He also is very pushy trying to sign on for longer programs. The entire place is terrible and basically a joke and you should NEVER go there. Michael is also very creepy with the way he talks to and handles his clients.
