La Fitness in South Florida located @ 123rd st, N. Miami. The place has no management whatsoever. People work out in sandals, bare foot, jeans, weights & balls are all over the place.
There is a USELESS manager for the trainers department. His name is Mike or Michael. Since he hired a trainer by the name of Ralph, this trainer takes all the weights & balls to the back of the gym where there's an empty area where he does his "PERSONAL TRAINING clients". We the MEMBERS, every single time we need weights or training balls, we have to walk to HIS PRIVATE area to get what we, members need to work out. He went as far as taking THE ENTIRE rack where the weights are to put @ his personal training area.
Until trainer Ralph was hired, the gym always had 1 designated area where all the members could find the weights, the training balls, etc by the matts. Since he started, he changed everything around & I complained to Michael who is in charge of the trainers department & he totally ignored my complaint. The gym JUST BOUGHT new training balls and he has been hiding under the trainers desk for the EXCLUSIVE use of his personal clients. The gym DOES NOT enforce the basic rules of "clean after yourself" when using the machines. The Front Desk manager Adrian is extremely nice. He needs to be more FIRM with the members & employees.
