Knowles Animal Clinic In S Miami
Told me one price, charged me another for spaying of 9lb dog Miami Florida

I brought my then 1 yr old, 9 lb chihuahua to Knowles to be spay. They quoted me a price of $250 which I thought was high, but I wanted her to be well taken care of. They insist on keeping the pets over night, saying in included a bath etc.
When I went to pick her up the next day, they told me there was blood in her urine and that could mean an infection. I said she did not have one when I dropped her off, it must be from the surgery. They ended up charging me $365. ($115 more then they quoted me.)
I had to pay for the test on urine, antibiotics and $30 for an extra shot of morphine? I thought pain killers were included, I mean it is surgery. I was made to pay for circumstances they caused. Anyway, they would not release her till I paid in full and she was so tramatized they could not give her a bath.
