AciaberryMaxx And FXsupplements
Deceptive, Difficult to contact, Keep switching phone numbers, changing website

Health & Medicine

Oprah and Dr. Oz recommended the nutritional substance Aciaberry. I went on the website for Aciaberry Maxx and ordered a free trial for $5.95. I did not read nor sign an agreement to receiving the product monthly for $85.90. After opening the first month supply and using the product, I decided that I wanted to cancel it. This company has at least 6 bogus phone numbers. I did reach a person called Areioen who gave me a number to place on my products when sending them back. (This was not a cancellation#) but a tracking number.

I continue to receive the product and am charged monthly. Bank of America customer service representatives tell me they cannot cancel the order because I do not have a cancellation number. Then I tried for 4 days to contact the company to no avail.

The number on the website 877-778-9035 was answered in Fl. (I got to talk to Danielle in a 3 way conversation with the BoA representative.) Only to find out this number is a Detox lab in Fl. And we were given other numbers that the line was busy.By searching the website, I found under "contact us" the information that by ordering the free sample,

I signed electronically to agree to monthly charges and charges would be made to my credit card. The website no longer has Contact us on it, but Privacy Policy.

I have contacted Bank of America (and will cancel my credit card) I have written to Gregg Abbott the AG of Tx, I have read the numerous complaints as mine on I have contacted Oprah, I have written to Lisa Murkowsk my Alaska Senator. I am going to have the product analyzed to see what is really in it. This company has tricked people all over the country and needs to be run out of business.
