Sent a 2nd shipment & billed my credit card without authorization

Bought a bottle of Acai Berry about a month ago. Received a 2nd bottle (not ordered) today without authorization and it was billed to my credit card. Called to return the bottle (shipping it back today with RMA number) but they never mentioned they are going to charge me a 30% restocking fee!
I want my money back since I did not order this shipment. I am going to try to get the balance back from my credit card company. This is a slippery company and they tried to avoid helping me when I called and put me on hold but I went online too & they gave me the refund information quickly online - but never mentioned withholding 30%!!
