Ripped me off

The 5 bucks I spent for chipping has turned into 80 bucks paying for something I don't even know if I want. The *&%*#&%) company charge overdrew my account and cost me even more money. What a sleazy way to do business. I don't even have a phone # to call so they can place me on hold forever. Where might I get that?
