11-7-07 I had an appointment for a laser procedure to treat hyperpigmentation on my arms. I specifically asked about discoloration and stated what areas I wanted treated. Lehman assured me that I would have good results and was too aggressive in the treatment resulting in more darkened spots than what I started with. He denied any responsibility and accused me of causing the effect. Totally unprofessional in his explanation, or lack of one, avoiding my questions and dismissing my concerns. He offered to do the same damaging procedure over again.
