Liers and theives, Told them my medical problems and they stated I could cancle anytime with no problem they lied

They are liers and thieves. Claim to be a Christian based company. Real Christian, stealing some ones money that can't even afford to pay basic bills.

When I joined there gym in the summer of "2008" I told them that I may need to cancel suddenly if finances did not work out or if I needed to have surgery or got sick. I was told no problem. I was told I could cancel anytime without any issue. I was told I could cancel without any charges.

I told them I got sick a lot, I told them I was in and out of emergency rooms, I told them I was on disability and my income was limited. I later found out I get sick so much from Endometriosis. It is not curable and I am sometimes in bed for a week out of the month. I can't pay to go to a gym I can never get to.

When I did try to cancel by phone on 1/21/09 I was told I needed to come into the gym to cancel. I told them I could not so they told me to send a letter. I sent a letter but it did not get to them until after February 1st. There claiming that is too late to cancel. They are claiming they know nothing of a call. They also stated it is a $50 fee to cancel.

Why was I not told this when I first discussed all my concerns? I'll tell you why because they are thieves. They don't want to tell you they have a cancelation fee. They just want to spoon feed you B.S. Of month to month membership cancle anytime. Don't fall for it. Don't fall for the Christian based pull in either. They are not a Christian based company, they are money hungery thieves.
