Charged my card never mailed ordered material... Scam artists

I ordered three products totaling $40.00. Just like the others on the website who reported on them: I received a confirmation email, a week goes by, I call them, they say the mailbox is full and cannot receive message, I have emailed them nothing. Called my AMEX card to get my money back. They are completely fraudulent and she put out of business.
