I ordered 57.00 worth of facial care products on 1/26/09 and have yet to receive my products. Like many of you I have called their telephone number day after day at 718-928-0995 and have been routed to a "customer service rep" with a full mailbox. I have tried to e-mail my "confirmation person" e-mail address and no reponse. I have got my bank to dispute the charge and reverse. Do not order from this company or you will get ripped off!
