I ordered products online. They charged my credit card and never sent products. When you call them it is an answering machine and they don't call back. No response to email either

Made an order online with www.allstatebeauty. They charged my credit card right away but never sent products. Thier website also has the BBB symbol saying they are accredited. I later found out that they are not. I tried calling them and they have an answering machine and they don't return your call. I emailed them too and have not received a response. I have noticed thru a little research that others have had the same problems.
