Called and cancelled my daughters appointment 3 times and was still taking money from my account. She forgot to mention that she had a baby and was only working on Tuesdays from now on

My daughter has been going to Bright Smiles (Dr. Shunda Thompson Banks) for 2 years. I knew she had a baby so she took a leave, which I could understand. But when she came back to work, she was only working on Tuesday. She has a office full of people so how are you going to cram everyone in on Tuesday. I made my next appointment for my daughter and the clerk called and cancelled my daughter's appointment 3 times.in the mean time they were still deducting the $100.00 out of my account every month. Every time I came in there, there were new people no one ever stayed long. I finally went someone else and ask them not to debit my account and they still did. I had to raise hell to get all my money back that they had debit from my account for doing nothing. If you are thinking about going here for braces think again. I think now her office is open 2 times a week but the Orthodontics I go to now said's she got alot of her clients.
