No refund! TOTAL SCAM - Everbright smiles

Purchased a sample of EverBright Smiles Whitening kit on 4-14-10. Decided since I have vaneers this would not work for me, called the next day to cancel followed all steps to receive a refund, and on 4-16-10 my account was debited for $87.47, I have called now 3 times and have been told all three times a credit would be made to my account within several days, and I still have not received my money. No product and now I am out $97.34.
