Abusive behavio

I waited two hours to finally see a doctor and after seeing him and him exaiming me he said wait, I'll be back in a minute. A minute turned into 15 minutes and all I said was "that was some minute" He pointed h is finger in my face and started yelling at me, telling me how busy he was, how he had 4 -patients waiting to see him, and how he was busy trying to figure out my treatment. He was so close to me I was almost in tears all the time saying OK OK OK but he wouldn't let up. I have complained to the doctor, the healt care agency, but nothing has been done. Please help. Also the office manager, when I called to complain, said "I tend to be a litttle sarcastic at times" I am 72 years old and do not deserve this.
