Unauthorized charges of my checking account... After returning unopened product 14 days earlie

I ordered colopure and acaipure for $1.00 plus shipping. When I received the product the enclosed letter stated after 14 day trial my account would be charged the remainder of $39.95 if product was not returned. Not only did I returned the unopened bottle on 12/29/08 of colopure, but I sent the acaipure back refused "return to sender" the same day. I also sent an e-mail letting them know how I felt about companies that do business like this and refused to even open it and try it. I told them they would receive the product in plenty of time and no money should be withdrawn from my bank account... Ever.

On 1/12/09 they not only hit my account for colopure, but for the acaipure as well for a total of $70.00. I am furious!!! When I tried to call the customer service number I was instructed it would be at least a 40 minute wait to talk to someone (cause they were so busy), and it would be quicker for me to e-mail the service center. This I did.

I am going to be in touch with my bank tomorrow to see if there is something they can do, and to block any further unauthorized charges to my account. I believe with all the complaints I have read this evening concerning this company and taking unauthorized funds from people should be enough for someone to take interest and investigate this company. This is fraud, and theft!!!
