Unreal interest charges

I had to take out this Care Credit to see a doctor not knowing that it all had to be paid off in a year or would get charged a unreal amount of interest. We have been having several money problems with lack of work and not being able to work due to illness. It was only for 15,000 and had a good amount of it paid then all of a sudden i get charged 500.00 in interest! Then after a few months i get NO bills and didn't realize it till i get a harrassing screaming phone call that i had to pay 150.00 now! WHere did that come from? They made it so impossible to pay that i just had to let it go, they will not talk to me, it's always harrassment and not i owe way over 1500. And they are telling me they are going to take me to court-ya right like i am going to go. I am going to do whatever it takes to not pay them a cent. Anyone else have the same idea and know how to do it?
