Company sent items I didn't order! Charged my credit card!

This company sent me a box of items and charged my credit card $67.00 which included an $11.00 shipping charge. They said that since I didn't order in November that I automatically get these products shipped to me. I don't know who how or what ordered these products, but I wouldn't even use the ones they sent me. They said I could send the products back but that I need to pay for the shipping.

So not only did I not order these, I was charged $11.00 for shipping and now I will have to pay that shipping amount again! They said I 'agreed' to this when I signed up and I don't know who was smoking what, but it wasn't me.

Then here's another kicker... I called the company to cancel my useless membership and they said I have to send them a note in writing and that if I FAX it, it isn't guaranteed. So now by the time I do this, I'll probably be sent another box of useless crap that I'll be charged for. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. I should have trusted my gut not to sign up with something that you have to pay to be a member of. I feel swindled and I warn everyone to reconsider these shady practices before you sign up for a company like this.
