Acai-aSlim (Company Name Listed As) Fraudulent Charges and Misrepresentation of Trial Offe

I saw the online advertisement, showing Opra, Dr. Oz, and Rachael Rae. It appeared that they endorsed the product. I ordered the $4.95 advertised trial. I received the product.

Approximately 2 weeks later, I found an unauthorized $79.95 charge on my account for the product. I phoned my bank and they have reversed the charge pending investigation.

The advertisement was totally misleading and the subsequent charge was completely unauthorized. The company is located in Riverton, Utah, and I will be filing a complaint with the Utah Attorney General.

I found the company's phone number on my bank statement and phoned them. I received voice mail. I left them a terse message stating that I wanted absolutely no more shipments of the product and that I would be complaining to the appropriate authorities.

This can also be considered a federal offense, as US Mail was used as a part of the fraudulent business practice.
