Misrepresented product using Crest Brand. Misrepresented product showing picture of complete kit. Received cheap tooth trays and 3ml syringe of? No ingredients on label. Possible health risk to some. Claimed to be sending a FREE trial $4.99 SH costs only. Tried to cancel within 20 day trial. No response to emails or phone calls. Billed $88.97 on my credit card.
