Did not return merchandise as I was told they would when I purchased it

I visited this service for Chiropractic therapy. They provide therapudic cushions. They're suppose to assist with throat and back positioning. I purchased one for my spouse and myself at a price of around $275. The worker who offered them in my experience stated that I really could provide them back the next time I arrived in when they did not work. After I attempted to come back them, I had been informed I'd need to talk to the supervisor who had been not there. I had been advised to depart the cushions, really should not be an issue. Then I obtain a concept quit on my cess telephone stating they'd not consider them back, since it was past their plan period of return. I called back again to talk to the supervisor, who'll not return my calls, or have they responded the licensed notice that I sent them. They are in possession of my cash and also the cushions I had been informed to depart there. The next phase is small-claims judge, I suppose.
