I sent this complaint in about 4 weeks ago to their site, on line, but never heard from them. This is regarding, the Travelodge in Tucsan, Isa Blvd. Where we stayed on approximately June 26, where we stayed for about 5 hrs. We left and an hour later we noticed that our two personal pillows we had left them. I called them and they said they had them and we told them we would pick them up on our return from Texas to California. When we got there the girl on duty could not find them. She called the Manager who came down and rudely threw something across the desk saying they could not be responsible for things we left. We argued that they told us they had them and would hold them for us. We just wanted the pillows replaced: one was a Temperpetic and the other was two pillows made from special beans.
We have stayed at Travelodge before and hope this is an isolated case. Frank Holladay docc21@earthlink.net
