Offers Colopure / Acaipure for shipping but charges your credit card $38.00 extra for each. Extremely rude when you call them

After seeing a personal testimony online about Colopure and Acaipure, I dediced to order them. The cost was free for one and $1.00 for the other plus shipping and handling.

Since this would not cost me more than $12.00 I placed my order giving my credit card number which comes directly from my checking. I check my account daily and noticed right away that I had been charged over $90.00 for these 2 items.

I immediately emailed the address that they gave me 3 times. I never received a reply. I decided to check for a phone number on the web and that is how I read about their scam. The editor's notes gave phone number.

I called at 8:51 am and was put on hold and told it would be a wait of 48 min and 41 sec. I waited one hour and 15 min and finally talked to a person. He was very rude right from the beginning of the call. He immediately told me if I was calling to cancel I could not. I would have to wait until I received the items and then send them back and call them with the tracking number. Only then would they credit my account but charge me a 15% restocking fee.

I explained that since I thought it would be $80 less than what they charged that I would need a refund before Dec 1 begause my house payment would bounce. He told me that it was not their problem. Everyone is on a tight budget and I should have read the add more closely before giving my credit card number.

This company does feel that they are above reproach. Beside the credit card entry space are boxes to delete checkmarks if you do not want monthly supplies of their products (I was told this). I told him that I would have unmarked those and he said then I must have refreshed the screen and they were still there.

They have an answer for everything and are very, very belligerent.
