Sent me 2 months supply and won't refund me back

I first received my sample bottle of colonsmart in May and found that it caused a reaction. I notifed them by phone and was told not to return the monthly bottles until I received a bill and that they had no recollection of my order. I received 3 weeks later another months supply at $88.00 a month thru my debit card that I had initially used to order the sample for $3.95 which included the shipping and handling only. On June 5 I returned a 2-month supply of the pills.

To date I have been calling and have been put on hold for hours. I got thru a few times and was told that the processors could not return any money until it was straightened out and then I spoke to a Mike Johnson and and referred to the owner who I wrote for my refund and to date I have received no response.
