Purchase online on 9/01 for 14-day test for 4.95 eventually received item on 9/18/08 subsequently on 9/20/08 my card was billed 68.90 and on 9/22 charged another 59.95 named the compay for 3 times and not got to keep in touch with anybody inform 9/22 also it was difficult to encourage them to realize that I needed to cancell equally by pnone and online chat. Once they eventually got it streight to cancell my order I had been educated I'd not receive and futher cargo with the one month guarentee I'd be returned the 59.95 after I delivered the order simply delivered and create CANCELL about the packaging slip. But they mightnot provide me a following # on that purchase. And also the 68.90 was an error and could be returned. ADDITIONALLY IF YOU ASK FOR THAT BILLINGS DIVISION TELEPHONE NUMBER THEY'LL TELL YOU THERE'S NOT ON ACCESSIBLE.

So have caution when order the product and good luck incidentally this crean includes no coaching
