Shipment charges but never recieved and other charges that were charged to my credit card

Thru their advertising online - they declare that you are able to cancell item anytime and receive money-back - after I terminated their the 2ed cargo = that I'd not yet received they explained the couldn't credit my bill. Additionally they billed on my consideration two additional costs for account and ebooks that I never got - after I named and have about these costs they explained that I'd 28 times to cancell them in the period I requested the test cargo and did not. Today I never actually got my test cargo for 3 months and also the additional costs did not appear on my bill until 2 weeks later. But I had been suppose to cancell them before they turned up. After I named they declined to credit my consideration despite the fact that used to donot utilize their so-called fat loss info or ebooks (good way to include additional costs) This Can Be A fraud and that I want somebody might please close them along or allow others understand.
