Medical Spa charged me $250.00 for a procedure I never received and won't give refund

Vita Oasis Medical Spa in Tucson AZ is deceitful and unethical. Dr. Richard Dexter and his staff charged me $250.00 as a partial payment toward a skin resurfacing procedure that I never had done, and have ignored my requests for a refund.

I have called them four times requesting a refund and they have not responded at all. I finally left them a message stating that I was going to report them to any agency and forum I can think of.By the way, they have already been reported to the BBB by another consumer, I wish I known.
