Shoddy Service Overpriced Unprofessional= Vitas Hair Studio

Vita's Hair Studio consists of only one staff-Vita. Vita assured me the high cost of her service would be an investment, and recommended a custom fitted lace wig. Vita did a horrible job measuring the dimensions of my head, which resulted in a lace wig which did not fit my head properly. As a result, the lace wig needed adjusting after only one week.

I tried many times to reach Vita to schedule an appointment because the lace wig fit and looked terrible on me, but Vita was unresponsive. When Vita finally decided to answer my call, she was very unconcerned about my situation, and said she could probably fit me in her schedule in another week. Vita's unprofessional behavior, coupled with her inferior service was exacerbated by her unwillingness to address and correct her mistake. I decided to cut my losses, and consulted two stylists to help me fix Vita's shoddy service. They confirmed that Vita did a botched up job, but there was little they could do to fix the mess that Vita made on my head. Vita's substandard service left me with a very expensive and unusable lace wig.

I would urge anyone who is considering being a client of Vita's to save your money. You can get better service, professionalism, and reasonable prices by choosing another salon.
