IWIN Herbal
I was ripped off too by ACAI Cleanse. Charged my credit card $88.97!

Health & Medicine

I had the same exact experience as some of the others where I signed up for a "Free Sample" and ended up being billed $88.97 on my credit card. When I called to dipute, they said I had to send an email to get my credit card refunded because there was "NO PHONE NUMBER" for the billing department. Surprise, Surprise!

Anyway, after several emails and phone calls (speaking to people who could not even pronounce acai correctly) they "offered" to let me keep the product and give me half my money back. I have not accepted their offer. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and am filing a complaint with everyone I can think of, BBB, FCC etc, etc. I am waiting to see what happens.

I think the product is just a laxative. I don't believe there are any Acai benefits in the product. If you check out the label, acai is one of the last ingredients listed.
