I purchased straight2sleep, because i have trouble sleeping. They do not work at all. I can get no one to answer my call for returning product. I get the elevator music for a long time, till I'm fed up and hang up. It also took me 3 weeks to receive the product. I was charge an express shipping fee of $10.00 and a handling fee of$8.00 extra. This is a total rip off and I also am calling better business bureau. Tell everyone you know this company is nothing but a SCAM!!!
