The same thing that happened to... Madrid? Spain

I actually wanted to say the same thing that happened to Ralph, happened to me. I sent the package back, and they accused me of cheating them. I was interested in hearing if he got his refund? I am still having problems with that part, of course. They are such a rip off. Mine unfortunatley was a very steep amount. I am anxious to hear if anyone has actually received a refund?

I couldn't believe what I was reading. Ralph, I hope you don't mind me using your name, but what you wrote was like I had written it myself. Anyone every get a refund back from them. I know it's nieve, but I am still hoping.
