Unfair broker fees

I asked if they required a guarantor and explained that i could not supply one. They 110% confirmed that they did not require one and I stupidly paid their brokerage fees of £59-00. I have tried a number of times to ring them requesting an immediate refund without success. They are con artist who should be struck off. Please help me get my refund back. All wentworth did was pass me to Ralph Marlon who required a guarantor. I look forward to hearing from Wentworth or Ralph Marlon with a complete refund. A long time ago prior to this they took another fee out of my account of which I could not get back.
