I read this company's employee's note in response to complain file by another person. Those who didn't know about this company's scam, I don't blame them but I do think Consultants should have disclose information that they are working for particular marketing company and not the clinic or physician. I would have have done more research before I signed up. Anyway, Care Credit also paid the Aesthetic Network Association of Tustin, Ca. Over $1100.00 and I never received the service. I was suppose to have lazor lower abd but company's scheduler is never available and only returned my calls after few weeks later. Of couse they would call my home phone # during the day when I am at work. I would leave my work # but never get return call at work. So after 3rd phone tag with time laps of fews for their return call, I finally received a message that they are closing and never heard from them. So there, it's not just the company but some of employees. I wonder. This occurred in San Diego, Ca.

My question is I wonder if Care Credit refunds money for the service not rendered by the company. Does anyone know?
