The Jennifer Convertables store in Tustin, CA in the Tustin Market Place is a JOKE!!! Went in there to buy a sofa, was completely ignored by this thin skinny blonde as she babbled on the phone for at least 40 minutes. I was litterally ready to place the order and she completely ignored me. Thought it would be a waste to complain to corporate. Please do not do business with this company. THis is the worst service I ever have received! Of course I took my business elsewhere...
