Charged my credit card and NEVER delivered the goods nor responded to my inquiries

On July 31 I submitted an order to 4allvitamins, they sent me an order confirmation on August 1 sent an email stating that the order is on order. I.E. Backorder. I asked for details of what was on back order and what & when will the other products be sent to me.

Despite at leat 6 to 8 emails and many phone messages, I have as of 8/13/08 heard NOTHING from them although they DID take the money from my credit card on 8/04/08. They do not respond in any way shape or form, not even when on August 6, I informed them that I was going to cancel the order if I didn't hear from them. Then on August 8 by phone and by email I canceled the order. Still no word and no credit to my account.

I am filing a Dispute Claim for my credit card.

Perhaps they are taking the credit card money and ordering the products and waiting for them to come in... I have no idea. But they did and are violating their
online "pledge" to keep their customers constantly informed about the order...

AND they are keeping (so far) my money.

I would suggest that anyone else considering business with them give it very
careful consideration before entrusting them with your card or money.
