Misleading - Deceptive - No Refund

Told they would take ill fitting glasses back. They did NOT tell me that there was NO refund

They did say that they would put lenses in my old frames for NO Charge.

I challenged that (not believing it) and I was assured by the manager that there would be no charge for "customer satisfaction".

They did NOT tell me that the $430.25 originally paid was NOT refunded to me.
