On January 31, the BBB contacted the company about concerns the BBB had with its advertising.

The BBB asked the company to provide scientific substantiation for the claims that the company makes about its nutritional supplements, and the BBB asked for the company to provide licensing information that would prove the company could legally include the word pharmacy in their company's name.

On February 1, the company informed the BBB that they are not licensed by the Texas Board of Pharmacy. The BBB asked the company to discontinue the use of the word pharmacy in its name, but the company has not discontinued its use of the word.

The company was not able to provide scientific substantiation for its supplemental product claims, but the company did disclose that the products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Adminstration.
