Cxld in Feb. Have e-mail rcv ck in 30 days

I purchased insurance with them late 07. I cxld it in feb 08 and received an e-mail that it was cxld and would rcv a check w/in 30days. I have called at least 15 times and they always have an excuse as to why i have not received it but i will have it by the end of the month. It is now july and still no check. I just wonder what month. I have been told that they fired everyone in the accounting dept because they were incompetent and my last call i was told that they were a 2 party company and they were waiting for a check from the other company so they could pay me. I have asked for a supervisor every time and of course there is never one there. They ask for you phone number so that a supervisor can call but there to i am still waiting. This is the most pathetic company i have ever dealt with. I will continue to call them and question they. I probably will never get my money back but if i don't, i hope word of mouth puts them under.
