Itv corporat give me my money back!

I ordered th Almighty Cleanse in November. During the order process, I told them that I would not like any future shipments and I would call to reorded if I liked the Product.in February - ITV, Almighty Cleanse, charged my debit account $118.60 and shipped me the product again. I immediately called customer service an followed the instructions from the return policy that was enclosed in my order. I have contacted ITV twice since then and have yet to receive a refund. On their return policy it states that the charge on all bank staements will appear as "ITV Infomercial" or "Natural Cures". Neither was listed on my bank statement. Very misleading and appears fraudulent. If anyone has received their refund from ITV - please tell me how!!
