I Have NO IDEA What This Company Is, or Why They Are Sending Me Things

A couple of weeks ago (around the first of June) I received an envelope containing a bottle of "Lipocerin" capsules from this company, and accompanying literature saying I was being billed (by "HEA" on my credit card) $6.95. It further stated that I would be billed an additional $49.00 on June 20. It says I enrolled in their VIP program "by checking 'I have read and agree to the tTerms & Conditions' on our Check Out page."

I have no idea whatsoever what this is referring to. I have never consciously ordered anything from this company. Since it does not tell me WHICH "Check Out" page triggered this, I am assuming that this is a scam, or at least, a highly unethical way of doing business.

There are phone numbers and email addresses at the bottom of the literature page, as well as instructions for cancelling future shipments. I will attempt to use these, but I note that others have found that these links do not work, and the phones are not answered.

I will contact my credit card company to stop any further billing, but what other steps can I take?
