Refund Ripoff, Aggressive Sales Tactics

I was guilt pressured into signing up for these training sessions, but cancelled within the contractually allowed 3-day time frame, supposedly for a full refund. I'm still waiting for my refund, even though it has been more than the 30 days specified in the contract. All paperwork was correctly filed, in time, and sent via certified mail (at my own cost, thankyou!).

When I spoke with the customer (non) service rep on the phone he was rude and condescending. I'm afraid I've lost several hundred dollars... To scam artists... Don't be fooled by them and don't succumb to their guerrilla sales tactics! Stay clear!
