Fraud - is google an accomplice!

I ordered a sample tea called Wu -YI. This I did because I saw an ad from GOOGLE when I was searching for slimming. These guys billed for more than what i ordered and also billed for ' Living lean'.

After paying nearly 5 times what i ordered for, I got another bill and

I searched and found this complaints board. I found many complaints on this.

WHY is GOOGLE continue to advertise a product and service which is obviously a SCAM?

Itrusted the Wu-Yi because it was advertised by Google.
