Google maps complaints

Today I looking a direction to Kmart in New York Long Island. Google come up a few places. So I follow Google Maps information. But I follow 2 different Kmart and all totally nothing over than. And the other one is Walmart. I must complain Google, if not... How about the person is senior or very dark night. Can Google take this responsible!?
