In Sept. 2007 I was looking on the web for Trade shows to exhibit my products in Los Angeles. I found www.betteryourbody.com called the number 516-883-4791 ext. 100 and spoke to Matt Zucher VP of Operations.

He told me that they were no longer taking credit cards because people were later saying they either didn't remember booking the events or refusing to pay the bill therefore to protect themselves they were only excepting checks. I thought it sounded plausible as I had heard that of people renegging on credit card payments and it being hard for merchants to collect. I sent a check for the full amount. I waited several months for a vendor packet. I realized I hadn't heard any thing in several months. So in February or March I called Matt and the number was no longer in service. I checked the website and it was gone.

That is when I realized I had been scammed for $995. That will never happen again.
