Reservation Awards drew $10 a month for 23 months from my credit card since April 16 without my awareness, until now when I had to file for tax return. Then I caught the pattern of monthly charges. On February 15th, I called the 800 number listed on my bank statement to inquire about how and when they got my credit card number. But they were closed for holiday. I called the second day, February 16th, "Matt" answered it was from a "membership" with a closeout clothing store. I told him that I never joined the so-called "membership" and was not aware of such a thing and demanded a full refund, a total reversal of the transactions. At the pressure, "Matt" said he was going to stop my membership from March 14rth, reverse the last 6 months' of charges and send me via email a form for me to fill out and retrieve the remaining money. But I never heard from him again. I called again. This time, an "Eric" answered the phone and told me he was going to send the email form now. At the end of the conversation, "Eric" said he already sent the email, but I never received it. I knew they are never going to cough up the money they stole from me.
