Sucked my Checking Account dry. No refunds, just "We'll call you back"

I ordered ONE DVD back in February. I have since been charged $26.98 March and April as well. When I called, "Jessica" told me that I had autoatically enrolled into some monthly program that will charge me every month... For WHAT? I don't know. She said all I had to was call AFTER my order to cancel.
I have no idea what she was talking about, but DO NOT ORDER form this website! If you HAVE to have this video - get it form WALMART! This company will keep taking money out of your account and you will never see it again! She old me that since my account was now closed, someone would call me in "about 2 weeks" to confirm my refund. I'm not holding my breath.
