I too am a victim of Crunchless Abs. They advertise $19.95 for the video which I ordered and received. What I did not notice is that on the invoice they tell you that you are automatically enrolled in a program that will continue to ship you stuff and bill you. Seriously, when you get an invoice for something you ordered do you read the whole thing or just check to see if you received what you ordered at the price you ordered it. Apparently this is hidden somewhere on the website as well that they will automatically enroll you in the continuing program if you order one video. The worst part is their customer service reps are idiots, robots reading from a script. They will not give you a supervisor because, frankly, I don't think they have one. I now have to pay shipping to ship them back a box of stuff I didn't order!

I will report them to the Better Business Bureau also.

Stay away from Crunchless Abs! The video isn't that good anyway.
