I, too, am a Crunchless Abs victim. I ordered the DVD on April 15th. I was charged $19.89. I used the DVD and was happy with the money spent for the content. However, On May 20th, I noticed a charge on my account for $26.98. Of course (like everyone else), I called the 800 number and got a random idiot who was unable to help me: because my next order had shipped already (which I did NOT order) I had to wait untilk I received my next package to return it and receive my refund. When I explained that I had not wanted any further DVD, he ignored me and continued reading from what sounded like a script. After hanging up with this "customer serice rep", I did what I should have done in the first palce: checked out this website. I feel like suc an idiot. Now, I have to close my bank account so I can prevent further transactions. Someone should really stop them...
