Failed to cancel my order, keeps charging my debit account

Order product. Missed the 14 day trial. Charge 87.13. Called to cancel, they agreed. Less than 2 weeks later, another charge of 87.13, then less than a month another charge for 40.00 same company, different listing on bank statement.

Called to cancel, they said no record of me calling first time. Told them to cancel. I told them I was pursuing my bank, and the BBB for refunds. I shipped the unused, unopened products back 2/24/09 Return Receipt requested. Waiting for refund now
