Charged my account before the 30 days, now I get no answe

I spent 2.95 on one bottle of green tea and received it 3 days later and within 5 days they charged my account full price @ 38.95 I called and I did speak to a man, at that time I canceled any further orders and he said I have to return the unused portion of product and once it is received they would refund me the 38.95. But I sent the product back and still no refund, plus they charged my account AGAIN! The following week so not only do they owe me for 38.95 but the owe it twice. For a total of 77.90. I must of gotton though one they were still taking phone calls because now they not returning any!!! This is such a big ripoff and I feel this needs to be handled asap!!!
