Deceptive, Rip Off, Stealing money, No guarantee

This company is a total rip off. First they hit you with countless spam messages (I should know better) to try and hook you into trying a "Free Sample". I just spent twenty minutes on hold to be told product I did not order and has been charged to my account without authorization will also not be allowed to be returned for credit even on unopened packages. They tuck away under the their "Terms" for this on there website after telling you they will send a "free" sample with just a modest $3.95 S&H charge. Then 14 days later they send more and charge you $89.31. Talk about a rip off and being deceptive. I also sent an e-mail to their customer dis-service department that was returned as:
